On
June 23, 2005 we acquired the Atlanta Marriott
Alpharetta, in Alpharetta, Georgia, approximately 22
miles north of Atlanta. It is located near the offices
of several major corporations including ADP, AT&T,
McKesson, Siemens, Nortel and IBM. Alpharetta is located
along Georgia Highway 400, a principal north-south
thoroughfare providing convenient access to downtown
Atlanta. It is one of the few full-service hotels in the
Alpharetta lodging market amidst predominately
limited-service properties. Nearby attractions include Northpoint Mall, Perimeter Mall, Stone Mountain Park,
Lake Lanier, Six Flags and Turner Stadium.
