On July 22, 2011, we acquired the Courtyard Denver Downtown.

Created from a conversion of a historic department store, designed with a central atrium and skylight, the hotel enjoys a superb location in downtown Denver and is centrally located on the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall in the heart of Denver's Central Business District. The hotel is consistently ranked first in its competitive set of downtown Denver hotels.

The six-floor hotel recently completed an extensive renovation of its 177 guest rooms. The hotel also has eight meeting rooms, 3,200 square feet of total meeting space, a restaurant, a fitness center and a full-service business center.

The hotel is a short drive from the Red Rocks Concert Venue and the Rocky Mountains.
