On June 24, 2005 we acquired
the Vail Marriott Mountain Resort & Spa. The resort is
located at the base of Vail Mountain in Vail, Colorado,
approximately 150 yards from the Eagle Bahn Gondola,
which transports guests to the top of the mountain. The
area is known for its world-class ski slopes and golf
courses. Nearby attractions include Eagle Vail Golf
Course, Vail Golf Course, Vail Nature Center, Beaver
Creek Ski Resort, Betty Ford Alpine Garden, Breckenridge
Ski Resort and Colorado Ski & Snowboard Museum.
The hotel is a Marriott branded hotel and is managed
by an affiliate of Vail Resorts, Inc.
